Message	Fuel filter looks non-OE and what I am assuming was the previous owner's last ditch effort parts swap to get it running before tossing in the rag. I never use non OE but I noticed the clamp doesnt fully enclose the filter (larger diameter) with the bolt cranked down - Guess that'll get replaced
